The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Received a phone call a week after I applied for the position. Scheduled an interview for the following week, and meet with two managers of the department. Went over my resume, and previous work experience. Asked me a few basic finance/investment questions.
Interview Questions
1st round Interview questions were not that difficult, more so unexpected. Asked me to give an example of a market index. Also asked me to explain what stocks and bonds were. Also asked me to explain what etf (exchange-traded fund) and mf (mutual fund) are. In terms of my resume, asked me what were my most difficult courses in college, then went on to ask me what were my most favorite. To acquire a better insight to my resume, they asked what organizations (on-campus or off-campus) did I enjoy most and why.

Interview
Began with 1 hour phone interview with 2 VP's and it discussed all aspects of the job up to and including mutual fund statements, cash flow modeling, time management, etc. Then it went to 1 on 2 interview with same VP's and a tour of the office. It was less rigorous as the phone interview and more informational. Went through my transcript and asked personal questions about how i would fit into the culture. At end of the interview, they allowed me to meet the other staff. A good experience but a little too much for a job that does not require any experience.
Interview Questions
What is the difference between a MF and a ETF:

I stated that an etf was a way to secure risk in a particular area whereas a MF can mitigate risk from a portfolio as a whole depending on what you choose.
Walk me through a cash flow analysis:

Begin with IRR, cash flow statements and other rates that will contribute to other DCF analyses. You follow the cash flows and identify trends that deserve another look. Finally, you walk through the statement with formulas and determine the overall gains for the cashflows and where they should sit at this time and at terminal value. This assists them in pursuing new clients and determining a benchmark for the overall portfolio.
