I am non-target so first round consisted of two back to back 30 minute cases with different interviewers (both senior consultants) over the phone. It took a lot of networking to get the interview in the first place, and the email for interview request came on suddenly. Also it was really more like 20 minute cases with 5 minute behavioral interview in the beginning and 5 minute Q&A at the end for my questions.

The first case is a market sizing or estimation case that is focused on quantitative, the second is a strategy case. Both cases were unrelated to my professional background. They were fairly straight forward cases.

I was notified I made it to second round the following morning, and the final round was scheduled either the next day, or the day following (again came on very suddenly). It consisted of two 30 minute cases again similar to the first round, but this time with the head of the office who is a partner, and a manager. There was also an hour to prepare a 30 minute case presentation for a business case with a lot of data and charts, and you had to identify key issues and recommendations, this time to a VP/partner.
