Interview
I was initially put in touch with the Firm through the Georgetown University Alumni Network. I exchanged emails with the CIO and was then invited to interview at their office. The interview consisted of 1:1 interviews with several employees (sales, investment management analysts, traders...). The interview was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The office seemed somewhat laid back as I walked in and had a nice positive energy. There were less than 10 employees. The interview went well and I received an email a week later saying I was offered an internship for the summer.
