McKinsey is the most helpful out of all of the firms for interview prep. As soon as you're offered the interview they immediately assign you a mentor and have WebEx meetings to train you on their case interview styles. It feels like they want you to win! Alumni are helpful to reach out to, but less so than Bain and BCG, in my opinion. The culture seemed OK, but not super fun or laid back or anything. I had two first-round phone interviews, and then 3 hour-long final round interviews in the office.
