Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Not too much networking before the actual interview
2. Office visit to show strong interest in the company
3. Informational interview with a few key people; need to ask highly relevant Moelis specific questions to differentiate yourself and engage the banker
4. Phone interview as first round - highly technical; if you pass technical then a bit of fit/ behavioral. Why Moelis and why LA need to be strong
5. Super day with four groups of 2 bankers - a healthy mix of technical and behavioral questions. Even MDs ask puzzles.
