Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a phone screen with the actual person making the hiring decision (lead analyst).
Second round was a superday consisting of four, 30 minute interviews with various associates, analysts and a managing director. Very much fit questions, only a stock pitch, not very many technical questions.
Last round was with the analyst again in person. Soley fit based questions, and a very much of a get to know you interview. No technicals in the interview. Let me ask a lot of questions.
Followed by a modelling and writing test which was pretty robust and difficult. I probably didn't get the offer because I made some errors on the modelling test.
