Bank Resource Management Analyst

Applied online for the BRM FT Analyst position and was contacted shortly after to set up a phone interview. It was very brief - only about 15 minutes but I asked some follow ups after so it was about a 30min call with an analyst on the desk. Then was contacted a few days later with the Superday invite. Superday consisted of 4 back-to-back, 1-on-1 interviews with mid to high level team members across the different BRM desks. There was also a group project which was somewhat difficult. Afterwards, we were told we'd hear back within 2 weeks, which they took exactly two weeks.
