Contractor position

Initially referred by ex-employee. The job was to start in March and convert to full time in June. There were 4 interviews: Analyst(1-1), 2 Associates(1-1, phone), VP(1-1) all on the same day. My advice to others is to show "why you think you can work the hours?" with a strong message, preferable with some examples. The company kept asking about it, as their work hours was notorious in our country. Was rejected due to not being able to work full time right away. Feedbacks were generally positive.
