Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and HR called for a phone interview the following day. Was asked about my background, why this city, firm etc and why operations. Got a email for an interview the following week to meet with the ED of operations for a 45-1 hour interview. All fit and behavioral questions. Teamwork and customer service is key. Be prepared and know everything on your resume.
