Interview invitation first came through email, then the interviewer sent detailed interview date and time slot. The actual interview lasted 30 minutes. Topics discussed include market view and soft questions on resume, like describing a team-working experience. Most of the time was spent on recent market news discussion, not very difficult. Finally position preference was asked, to test my knowledge about the devision I guess. The process was fluent and nice, and an oral confirmation of second round was promised. However, for some reason I was rejected even before 2nd round.
