Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Standard practice:
- Interview with alums on campus (technicals)
- 2nd interview with alums on campus the next day (fit)
- Superday in NYC.
I would say both on campus interviews with alums were very easy - they just wanted to know who had done their homework and gauge who could do a good job at the superday. They are there to get the max possible number of kids into the bank, not to ding you.
The superday was very much fit based, with interviewers wanting to know if they could work with you or not. I only got 1 technical - walk me through a DCF, in 4 1on1 interviews.
