Global Capital Markets Summer Analyst - Hong Kong

First round interviews consisted of two 30 minute phone interviews that were coordinated by HR about 4-5 days before the actual interview. My first interviewer was an Executive Director and the other, a Vice President. The questions asked were mostly fit with some analytical/technical questions. After the phone interviews, I waited for one and a half months before hearing back for the Superday.

The Superday consisted of three back-to-back, in-person interviews that lasted approximately 30-40 minutes each. I met with 2 Executive Directors and an Associate. The Superday interviews were very technical and they required you to have a good knowledge of what is happening in the global markets. They were also a lot tougher than the first round interviews.

I would advise anyone going into the interview to really brush up on their market knowledge and have good investment ideas (i.e. stock, asset allocation).
