What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After having submitted my application for an IB internship in one of the regional offices in continental Europe I received a call from the local HR representative and scheduled a first round.
The first round was with 2 sector analysts and had a good balance of technical and motivational questions. There were also a few brainteasers. After a few days I received an invitation to a final round at their offices in London.
I had two in-person interviews with an analyst and a VP in London from sector teams:
VP interview: Mainly motivational
Analyst interview: Mainly technical with some market awareness questions on recent deals and activism.
After those two interviews I had two interviews with VPs from the regional offices, one of which was mainly technical and mental maths. The other one was mainly motivational with some questions about expectations etc..
After two weeks I received feedback. The feedback was very positive but I didn't get an offer from that team but HR said that they want to consider me for other opportunities at MS. Within a week or so I had two 30 minute interviews with MDs from other teams and received an offer from one of them.
