Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First of all, I got invited to an event at my university by Morgan Stanley where they offered a workshop. The day consisted of an M&A group case and a 20 minutes 1 on 1 interview to assess the motivation etc.
After being successful there, stage two began and I was invited to go to their Zurich office where I had a 2 hour video conference with 4 people. (1 after another). There was 1 analyst, 2 associates and a president.
