What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The initial contact includes submission of cover letter and CV. Then after submission there are numerical and verbal tests online. After passing these tests I had two phone interviews. The first was more competency based taken by an analyst. The second was taken by an associate and was more technical and harder.
