Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online, then I had a phone interview with one of the VPs of Morgan Stanley Fund Services after a month. Then I was called in for the Super Day a week later. The Super Day consisted of three back to back interviews with the other VPs, writing sample tests, group projects with the other candidates, followed by presentations, and finally another writing sample test.
