Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
20 minute phone call with an associate. the guy was late and it seems like he forgot we had a call scheduled and was sort of dismissive, dont let this shake you! only asked behavioural questions and I feel like these are almost harder because they are broad (be sure not to ramble as the interviewer had a very short attention span, shorter than if you were on an in-person interview) .
