Morgan Stanley: Global Capital Markets Summer Analyst

I applied through an employee referral from a non-target school. The process in total took about three weeks. I had one phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes and was almost entirely behavioral: walk me through your resume, what is something that your resume does not reflect about you that you would want to tell me about, why Morgan Stanley, etc... I was then offered an invitation to the Super Day which was also mostly behavioral. However, I was asked a few technical questions such as walk me through a DCF.
