Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Connected with a Director over the phone and was invited in to be interviewed by him and partners. They were mainly concerned with fit and as one explained to me whether they liked the candidates. One of the partners and I pretty much talked about The Big Short for 20 minutes and he recommended some books.
