Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via the campus recruiting site. Got an email a few weeks later from HR saying they wanted me to participate in a phone interview. Asked some questions about municipal bonds, asked about resume, had me explain volatile markets, then asked me to predict my school's football school for the weekend's game.
