Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I have 2 separate tests, each taking 2 hours. The first was a financial modeling test where I was required to fill in missing information for all 3 financial statements. The second was to prepare a mock quarterly report using a company's financials and press statement. I then had 2 one-on-one interviews.
