Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Went through online numerical and reasoning tests, then two phone interviews, then 3 in-person interviews. The in-person interviews were more market based, they asked me what I thought about the different events that were going on in the world. So what did i think of the ABS program in Europe. What were UK indices trading at etc. I didn't review bond math but they tested me on that.
