1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two guys from the S&T each interviewed me in the office for 30mins. They started their questions from things that interested them from my CV and cover letter. Then based on the relevant experience to trading, they asked me my opinions on the outlook of the Japanese Yen after the snap election. He also asked me questions on bond yield and the relationship to the currency. They went into great details about what I did for my past extra-curriculum activities, so it was important to know the CV and cover letters very well.
