Senior Analyst

Reached by a headhunter, two days later I had a phone interview with the team lead. He asked a few simple technical questions. The second day I was told to go on site for four rounds of 1 on 1 interview. Meet a few senior guys on the team, most of them seem to be friendly except one, who was a little arrogant. Finally met the hiring manager and he asked brain teasers. I was able to answer all of them, and he seemed to be happy. Two days later the headhunter contacted me and said they were interested, I asked for a 20% salary increase and they haven't got back to me since then.
