Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step in the interview process is the online application where you put in personal details, resume, and answer some "cover letter" type questions. At the end of the application a Mathematical Online Test is required within 24hrs. The next step is a competency based phone interview with an analyst from the division you applied to and if that interview is passed then there is another phone interview with a more senior employee. After the final round interview if successful, you get the offer.
