Please describe the interview / hiring process.

There were multiple interviews on-campus through my school. The interviews included 1on1s and 2on1s. They were conducted by a senior bank who is an alumni along with 3-4 analysts and a few associates he brought with him. My school does not have a very formal process with many banks since we are non-target, but we do have a relationship with Morgan Stanley. The interviews were on-campus at first and then if you performed well you were invited to a super-day. The interviews were mostly fit with very little technical. Everyone is very laid-back and seems to really enjoy their jobs. The culture seems very collegial.
