Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Non-core school for MS. 10 kids selected for first round, 1 gets superday. Interview consisted of two consecutive phone interviews, one with an MD, other with an analyst. Understand the M&A landscape and the ripple effects of m&a through capital markets. Qualitative part was very important; have clear and concise answers and also have an elevator pitch ready. Networking is extremely important; only 10 out of the 200+ kids who applied received first rounds. Have a unique story.
