- Phone Interview (basic technical and fit questions, in which they talked the majority of the time)

- Superday

- I honestly thought these were the most obnoxious people I came across while interviewing for SA positions. I liked the senior guys, but the majority of the jr guys thought they were God's gift to mankind.

Essentially, they are a bunch of guys from mid-tier fraternities at W&L. About halfway through the second interview I lost all enthusiasm and respect for them.

I ended up at a far better institution.
Interview Questions
- Was given financials and asked to determine the type of company (I ordinarily think this would be a good question, but the way it was asked was incomplete and obnoxious)
EBIT versus EBITDA?

I stated that EBIT partially captures the real capex that is required for operation, whereas EBITDA ignores a real cost of going business, but may be a better gauge of real cash flows and the ability to service debt. (mediocre response for an SA)
