Institutional Sales

I found the position online. After submitting my resume the Director of Sales called and set up a brief phone interview. After the phone interview, I came into the office for a group interview, and met the Director, a Managing Partner, and an equity analyst. Asked basic technical questions but ,mostly all fit. The interview lasted about 1.5hrs. A few days after the Director sent me a research report, and had me illustrate what I thought was most critical for buy side. I sent my reply, and shortly after I was offered the position.
