1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed through the MBA program at my school.
The process consisted of an online application with submission of an online profile including resume and covering letter. Short listed candidates were invited for two rounds of interviews held on campus.
The first round consisted of one 1 on 1 interview with either a VP or a Director of the firm. There was a mix of motivational and technical questions as well as a couple of brain teasers such as the oranges and scale question and the definition of various acronyms.
The candidates were notified the same evening whether they would move on to the final round of interviews scheduled the next day.
The final round consisted of four 1 on 1 interviews with different VPs and Directors of the firm. An interviewer asked technical questions while the other interviews were more casual and around the fit with the firm.
Candidates were notified the same evening of the outcome of the interviews.
