Investment Banking Associate

I met with 3 mid-level bankers (senior associate / vp), each for about 45 minutes. Pretty standard investment banking interview. Since I was an experienced candidate a lot of discussion around my deal experience. All technical questions were pretty easy, nothing out of the ordinary. The people were all nice enough, but nobody seemed really thrilled with the company or group. My perception was that deal flow was pretty weak at the time and they were doing a lot of pitching. The senior MDs, I think, were ex-Lehman guys.
