Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was connected to the company by a recruiter. The first interview was on the phone with an Associate and consisted of mostly fit questions. The questions focused on my deal experience and knowledge of various sectors mentioned on my resume. We then discussed why I was interested in Northbridge and the role. The next round was also on the phone, but this time with a VP. Most of the questions in the second round were also fit questions based on my experience and interest in the company and growth equity. I did get a couple technical question on walking through how to model a SaaS business. The final round was a super day in the office with 6 total interviews - 3 Associates, 2 VPs, and 1 Partner. All of the questions focused on my experience and why I was interested in the Associate position. They also asked if I'd be interested in sourcing deals and why that appealed to me. The people were all very nice and down to earth. The work culture seems relaxed, but they definitely work hard. The office was relatively empty the day I went in. The rest of the team was probably traveling.
