I directly got a call from a member of the team and then set up a phone interview that came up in 2days.
Interview Questions
Most of the interview questions were resume based, and a few behavioral questions relevant to personality and team spirit. The most difficult ones were those resume based questions. For instance, there was a question about a model I did in a project, I was asked why I chose those factors in the model; and I was blanked because I never thought about this part when doing the project. So one suggestion is that, think about the extended part of the projects done in the past and always be prepared to be asked about something you do know.

Interview
I applied through an organization called INROADS. I was immediately emailed about setting up a Skype interview. The interview was all behavioral questions. It was an overall average interview. It lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer was very laid back.
Interview Questions
As previously stated before, they were all behavioral questions. There weren't really any questions that I considered to be unexpected. Although there was one question I had a slight issue with. The interviewer asked whats the most creative solution to a problem I've ever came up with. This question was only difficult because I consider myself to be a natural problem solver. The rest of the questions were straight forward behavioral questions. You just have to listen to the question carefully so you answer correctly.
