Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was originally put into contact with a recruiter on my campus. I submitted my resume to her and received a phone call roughly one week later. The phone interview was nothing more than some basic questions about myself, she seemed to be trying to find out what type of person I was. I was asked to come have a second interview at their office in Manhattan. At the second interview I was given their Project 100, which was essentially asking me to list 100 people I knew and their job/income. I returned for my final interview with the project 100 completed and after a personality and IQ test I received an offer. The whole interview process was a little odd compared to other interviews I have had. I did a lot of small talk with the recruiter and another employee of NW. It seemed like they were more interested in how well I could hold a conversation with them and how personable I am.
