Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted my resume on their website, received an invitation to take their math test the next day. The test was pretty easy, I answered 75 out 80 and I'm pretty sure I got them all right. Google it there's plenty of info about it out there.

A few days later, HR contact me to schedule a phone screen, and for some reason they later postponed the interview date twice. Finally got the phone interview, all behavioral: walk through resume; why chose your college; favorite class; why trading; why optiver; what do you do for fun. Easy interview & the HR was nice, but be sure to answer those well and impress.

Again a few days later, was scheduled for a technical interview w/ a trader. I definitely prepped this interview the wrong way by spending way too much time studying brainteasers questions. DON'T DO THAT, they barely asked those at all. First he asked me a few questions about my resume, kind of like behavioral but more about my trading related experiences. Then he asked me about BS inputs, easy stuff. Didn't even ask about the Greeks. There's only one brainteaser, not hard at all, way easier than the ones on Crack's book. Then he asked quite a few questions about market making, and how do you make market under various conditions, which I didn't study and ended up not doing so well. But the interviewer was very patient and explained to me till I fully understood. Positive experience overall, they seem to be a nice group of guys to work with.
