Interview
Applied online early-June.
Got video call first rounds late-june 1-1 with 2 associates and very behavioral.
Superday was mid-august (which included multiple rounds of interviews with senior members and included various tests and behavioral questions)
Got my results late August (heard that accepted candidates found out immediately).
Interview Questions
The case study was difficult, had to explain my thought process on why the deal was a good investment or not. They were also interested in my past experiences - seemed like a lot of candidates had similar PE (or at least some sort of investment) backgrounds.

A couple months of nothing, then they reached out on Monday to schedule an interview within the week. The same thing happened for the second interview as well. Long gaps between interviews. Mainly, they want to make sure you care about PE and the Denver area as a whole. They don't seem to favor prestige and instead focus on drive and intuition.
Interview Questions
Lots of questions on their industries of investment. Quite a few in depth questions about intricacies of said markets.

My experience is based on the first round interview. It is a chat-based interview by an analyst so I don't know what's the metric there. I doubt the interviewer knew what she was doing.

Interview
Overall good process, a bit lengthy though. 3 rounds and lasted more than a month. Very behavioral mostly. First two rounds were super behavioral Teams/phone calls. The SD lasted 5 hours with multiple 30 minute interviews. 3 tests in that as well: quant (GMAT based), investment case, and a client case (pitch the firm to an investor).
Interview Questions
Multiple candidates said the quant test was the toughest. 8 questions, 15 minutes. Ex. You are going 80 mi/h and are 20 mi behind a truck going 60 mi/h. How long will it take you to be 30 mi ahead of the truck?

Interview
First round phone interviews were conducted in the beginning of July, Second round phone interviews were conducted late July and Superdays were August 17th/18th. First round interview was about 15 minutes just screening your actual interest in moving to Colorado to work and behavioral questions. Second round consists of a few additional behavioral questions and market questions about different industries you find interesting. The superday consists of 6 back to back 30 minute interviews (3 presentation/technical interviews, 3 behavioral interviews).

Overall not a difficult process, but can be swayed year to year based on the FA class size they want to bring in.
Interview Questions
Part of the superday interview process was an interview where you pitch PG to LPs. They expect you to know each asset class as apart of the pitch and I was asked about the current trends in the commercial real estate market and how PG would respond to them?
