The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Cold emailed the firm. Received a request for interview. Lasted about half an hour, no technical questions and the person was interested in my background.
Interview Questions
The interview really digged deep into asking why investment banking and not investment management or private equity? Also asked a lot of questions about my background and what I know about the company. No technical questions and I haven't heard back since the interview despite following up. The interviewer sounded dull and not passionate about the job. Not a great experience overall and a bit weird to be completely honest. Will probably not intern there if I get the opportunity. Interns had great placements into junior summer according to the interviewr.

Interview
Pretty standard. They had me come in for a 30 min interview and just asked me a few questions. They said they would get back to me in a couple weeks because they weren't sure exactly how any interns they wanted to bring on. I followed up, but the interviewer literally said they just got stuck with a ton of work and they are putting their intern hiring process on hold for a bit. Never heard from him again...
Interview Questions
Will you be able to work 15-20 hours while you are in school?

I kind of expected this question, but the issue was I thought i'd be able to work at night and they weren't interested in only nights. They actually wanted me to be there 2-3 days, which I couldn't because my schedule was already set.
Why Pharus?

With such a small shop it is pretty difficult to give them a good answer for this one. There wasn't much information on their website and I couldn't reach out to people working there because there was literally 2 md's 1 associate and analyst.
