Sales & Trading Internship

I heard from a recruiter via email after applying online. We set up an initial phone conversation/interview. She asked the following straightforward questions over the phone:

Tell me about yourself.

Where do you see yourself in five years.

Are you interviewing with other firms?

Why S&T?

How would people describe you?

Any questions?

After the interview I sent a follow up and then heard back a week later or so to schedule an in-person interview. The second-round interviewer asked roughly the same questions but also, tell me about a situation that was difficult and how you handled it.

I was then contacted within two days for another interview.

I received an offer following the last interview and accepted. Overall I was not asked many technical questions.

Everyone seemed (and are, after having worked there) very friendly.
