Summer Analyst

I applied through my university's OCR and received an email for a mid-November interview. The time slot came and went and no one contacted me. I later emailed them twice, with no response. Finally, I contacted a friend who was in the NY office to see if there was anything he could do about the recruiting process. About a month later, I received an email from HR apologizing for the mistake. I had a very brief, 3-question behavioral interview and then never heard back.
