Interview
Started with networking with recruiter then that led to a initial phone screen. After that there was a modeling test which if you passed there is an in person superday at the office and after they take you out to lunch.
Interview Questions
None of the questions were very difficult. Pretty much every single question was straight out of the guides. Things like how depreciation affects the statements and how someone projects out cash flow and what metrics were important in a DCF were quite common. Then the rest of the questions were how certain things like higher tax rate or increased revenue, etc impacted the WACC or the end projection. Then the rest was entirely behavioral and very relaxed. Nothing was very difficult and everything was very straightforward.

Interview
One 30 min phone interview with associate, one 90 minute phone interview with VP, 60 min writing test, 60 min modeling test, final round in office consisting of 3 1v1 interviews (2 associates, 1 VP) and lunch with 2 analysts. Overall, very extensive process. The people were very nice and it's was clear they really care about bringing in the right people (very small firm).
Interview Questions
Nothing unexpected. Technical phone interviews (DCF, multiples, some basic accounting). In person interview was all fit and some bullshit behavioral questions (i.e. "name a time when you had to answer a really stupid fucking question and what you learned from the process.") Thought about just declining to answer on the grounds that they were wasting everyone's time.
