Interview
Standard OCR application through on-line resume drop. Met with members of the company at the career fair, was invited to interview to days later. Interview was with two women, one HR and one finance. Internships are used as a feeder to the FLD program at the company. Interview was entirely walk me through your resume and behavioral.
Interview Questions
To be honest it was relatively easy. Much of it was just walking through my resume and talking about my experiences. I think there were only 3 actual questions. All were very simple behaviorals, can't remember them exactly. Much of interview was probably not likely to be repeated by others as it was tailored to my specific resume.
