Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I applied through a career fair when they came to my University and was immediately emailed and told to also apply to their website online. I was then invited to a reception before my interview with all the other candidates (50+) and got to know the people there. Finally during the interview it was primarily the typical behavioral questions and I thought I did well, but didn't move on to the next round.
