We are regulated by BaFin in Germany and FSA in the UK. Our clients can Access Investment Management and risk monitoring platforms in both Luxembourg and Germany. The focus is on manager access platforms, individual fund solutions and cost-efficient securitisation transactions.

To date assets of almost Euro 5 billion have been structured, securitised, booked on various platforms as well as managed or advised by Prime Capital.
