Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had expedited process as I attended the Freshman Forum last year. Freshman Forum is pretty much brand new. The talent pipeline is Freshman Forum externship -> FACT (sophomore) externship -> F&A internship -> FT Offer. Expect about 75% to go to the next round (what recruiter said). Was 2 interviews over the phone and I was given a mentor to help with resume and interviewing skills. The two interviews were honestly the worst interviews I have ever had. They read completely off a script and it was your standard STAR questions. What made it awful was that it was about 8 different questions that all expected usage of STAR (I.e. remember 8 stories, most people might rehearse 4-5). Because it is completely scripted, if your answer overlaps with another question, you're outta luck and will have to either repeat your answer in a different manner or come up with one off the top of your head. What's even worse is that the second interview has almost the exact same questions so that it is essentially the same thing as your first interview.
