Prudential Capital Analyst

A member of the group came to campus and conducted 1 on 1 interviews. In a few days they invited those who made it through to a Super Day in Chicago. They paid for all travel expenses as well as a night in a very nice hotel next to their office. The night before the Super Day they had a meet and greet with all of the candidates and the other analysts in the group. This was the only role the analysts played in the interview process. The next morning there was an hour long example mostly covering accounting lessons, followed by 11 twenty minute interviews. There were four different groups hiring and each candidate had a variety of interviews with some of them. Given the 20 minute time constraint, the interviews were very rushed but still enough time to get to the core of what you were trying to get out. Everyone at the company was positive and friendly.
