The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was originally contacted by HR via email. They requested a phone interview, which consisted of a panel of 3 people(HR, Finance Department, Recent Intern) and me. They each took turns asking about my resume and experience, while making sure to build on my experiences and asking more questions to confirm my knowledge.
Interview Questions
What are the functions you use most in Excel, and what do you use them for?
-I answered with vlook ups, summing, averaging and the chart functions. I use vlookups when I am trying to pinpoint a value that needs to be extracted. For summing and averaging, it is great to use them for aggregating data at very large levels. Charts and graphs are useful for creating visuals that tell stories from the data.
What coding experience do you have?
-I answered by explaining my recent project I completed in Python. The project was an investment analysis on my personal portfiolio to figure out what the best weights of my stocks were.

Interview
I applied online and I heard back within a month. I was contacted by HR for an pre-screening interview. I then interviewed with multiple members of the group including a trader, analyst, and risk executive (was like a 5 on 1). I was asked about energy commodity markets. Questions on company profile and the markets it operates in. I was then asked behavioral questions that are standard in any interview. Followed by technical questions on what indicators and factors affected the energy markets. Total process was about 3 months.
