I get this interview through referral.
It's a phone screen interview, and an HR interviewed me. I really don't like to talk with HR. They just have a paper on the table and fill up everything. They don't really care about what you say, but write it down every word you say.
She spends ten minutes to fill up basic information, name, internship experience, extracurricular activities, leader experience. You don't need to answer like behavior question, they just wanna you say position name, and yes or no.

After this, she asked me two behavior questions, why pwc, what's the most difficult course you took at school. It's no interesting at all.

Then she explained a lot what will she do next, pass this paper to groups to see any group wanna give me an on-site interview
