Interview
I knew people who interned there in previous years and asked them to connect me with the analyst in charge of recruiting. I then spoke with the analyst over the phone and followed up with him since he was busy. He asked me to visit the office for a 1 on 1 the next week. I was asked to come back later in the week for a 2 on 1 interview with both the analyst and his MD. I got an offer a few hours later on the same day.
Interview Questions
My interview was purely fit based. Questions ranged from why investment banking to tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume. Strengths/weaknesses and other standard interview questions. The analyst made an effort to keep the interview conversational and asked me if I had any questions about the work they typically did and/or daily responsibilities. We talked about hobbies and school since he was an alum of the same school I go to. However, I heard from others who interviewed that they were asked a variety of accounting and valuation questions.

However, I did not make it any further in the process and i was not asked to come in for a second interview.
