Interview
Interview process started with me being contacted by the guy in charge of recruiting for the firm after I submitted my resume. We set up a date for an initial phone screen which consisted of basic fit questions. I later heard back from the same guy that they wanted to proceed with an on site interview which consisted of basic questions such as why this shop/what do you think we do here type questions. I was later notified that I received an offer a few weeks later.
