Equity Research Analyst

Applied through our campus recruiting page, and interviewed with a 4th year analyst. Additionally, I was required to take a cognitive skills and writing test online. I was invited to the Super Day in Milwaukee the next week, which began with us taking the cognitive test again, with additional time. I then proceeded to have 6 interviews with various Senior Analysts and Directors. Each interview - including the on campus one - had a similar structure, focusing both on fit and technical ability. Everyone throughout the process was fantastic, and the question they asked were direct and thorough. Additionally, the people were candid with each response they gave throughout the process.
